A bowl of this salad serves you with 20 calories only. Alfalfa is said to be full of nutrition and can be consumed daily. It is said that a cup of alfalfa sprouts has just 8 calories. This is very good for your current diet plant.

You should sauté the salad or simply add some dressing oil or leaves before serving. This will improve the aroma and taste of the entire dish. 

6. Raspberries

You can have two servings of this dinner recipe and have just 100 calories in all. To prepare this recipe you need: pork loin chops, salt, black pepper, onion, and water. It doesn’t take much time to be ready.

It contains Vitamin A, C, Fibres, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Niacin and some Carbohydrates too.

BLACK COFFEE!

Black coffee can be good for you when you intend to lose weight. Since it has only 10 calories per cup, you may also replace one of these munchies recipes with a cup of black coffee. 

Black coffee can act as a wake-up call for many people as it has caffeine. Hence, it should not be consumed on a daily basis. However, you can drink it occasionally to burn your belly fat for sure. You can also have green tea if you like it. It can have only 2-3 calories a cup. 

If you don’t like either, a glass of water every now and then will help you remain full. It will ensure you’re not so hungry always.

CONCLUSION

This diet plan is for people who intend to lose weight very quickly. It is not for the people who are slightly overweight and healthy.

If you’re healthy enough and just want to lose a little weight, you should reduce 500-1000 calories from your daily plan.

Reducing a lot of calories at once can harm your digestive, metabolic and nervous system too. Long-term consequences can be observed if you starve yourself on a daily basis. Hence, you should consult your doctor if you have any problems.
